Rates of crafting, construction, and smithing

Okay, I was going to do some calculations about the efficiency of using SC tools, but I'm missing some rates. I need to know how many of different things can be made in an hour.

 

Oak larders

Oak dungeon doors

1 bar smithing items

2 bar smithing items

3 bar smithing items

5 bar smithing items

Dragonhide bodies

 

I'd prefer to know the number of items made per hour, but if you can give me the xp rates, that is also helpful, just means that I need to do a bit more calculating.

Turn 27 Bars into bolts: 96 seconds

 

Turn 25 Bars into 5 plates: 30 seconds

 

Banking time included, assumes run is on, and does not take into account Varrock Armor.

 

Also:

 

Smith 1 Item: 3 seconds

 

Should be easy to calc the rest from there.
