What would be the best slayer master for my stats are 90 attack, 94 str, 86 defence, 91 hp and working on 70 pray. Oh and my summoning lvl is 60 if that matters.

39 slayer

Knowing your slayer level would help, the masters are based on combat and slayer level. For example duradel is 100 combat and 50 slayer.
