The Hassassin

 

 

 

The name might sound familiar. If not, you’ll probably better recognize them as assassins. Today an assassin is someone who kills important people, but long ago in the time of the crusades, The Assassins were a feared sect of Shi’a Islam. Then called the Hashshashin, which meant “Followers of Hashish,” they took over a large area of land in what is now Syria. When the Europeans invaded the Holy Land, they called the Hashshashin the Hassassin, which is where we get the word assassin. Today you find references to the Hashashin in many places. Perhaps most popular are the Assasin’s Creed video games in which the player takes the role of a member of the Hashshashin. In that game they call the grand master Al Mualim. This man did exist, however his proper name was Rashid ad-Did Sinan. The assassin were a small country, and were hated by Shiite muslims, such as the powerful sultan Saladin. Saladin besieged their capitol of Masyaf, but called off the siege after he awoke one morning to find an assassin’s dagger by his bed.

 

Because the Hassassin could not possibly win a full out war, they resorted to their cunning and guile. Planning public assassinations by planting sleeper agents inside other countries and organizations, who could be activated to kill the leader of that country or organization if they were to threaten the Hassassins.

 

 

 

We of the Hassassin Runescape clan strive to offer our members a fun and interesting clan, that supports each of its members. We are a close-knit group, and we help each other out. Each member can chose what to do in the clan, because of this, we accept anyone into our clan.

History:

On July 3rd 2008 Isthatok opened The Zamoradominerz, as an originally unofficial clan, by the end of July that same year requirements were put in place of 600+ skill total or 70+ F2p combat. Over the next 5 months, with a lot of recruiting Tz turned into an official clan on January 1st 2009.

In February 2009 requirements were raised to 80+ combat to improve our warring capabilities and a new ranking system was released along with this. Over the coming months Tz's warring improved castly and we went on a 5 win streak. In April things turned for the worse with only 21 active members after an activity sweep and the requirements were readjusted back to 75+.

On 4 January 2010 The Zamoradominerz are reopened and we are alive and kicking! But we want YOU to join our great comminity.

At 12 january 2010 the leaders of The Zamoradominerz decided that we should change our name. After a huge poll with alot of suggestions we changed our name to Overdose.

What We Ask Of You

As a member of TRR, it is your responsibility to periodically check up on the clan forums.

This is important for many reasons, the least of which is so you can stay updated on clan news and important announcements.

Many members choose to bookmark the forums - Forum Index - and simply check up on them quickly before or after logging into RuneScape.

Posting on the forums is a necessary part of becoming involved with our clans community, and promotions are often based on how active clan members are on the forums.

It might seem silly, I know; but you would be amazed at how many people join and then complain that they didn't ever know when an event was taking place.

To prevent that and to get to know other members of the clan, staying active in our in-game clan chat is a must.

Our clan chat is 'The_Rs_Rebel', and members are expected to be in it whenever they're on RuneScape.

You are allowed to leave the chat in certain situations (e.g. checking up on a merchant chat, moving chats for an event, etc), but generally you should be in the clan chat while on RuneScape.

Runescape Knights (RSK's) is a clan dedicated to the enjoyability of playing Runescape in a clean and fun way. We are a non-warring, skilling, cb minigame/bosses, community clan. We are active and will usually have five to six events per week. RSK's approach to the game of Runescape is a simple one, we play the game, being upstanding members, helping others, etc... and be able to know that we helped others while still having a good time ourselves. Hey, some of you may or may not know me. For those who don't, my name is Ernie1666. I am here to tell you about a little clan called Warriors of Saradomin. Let me begin by giving you a little bit of history on it!

 

 

 

Clan History:

Warriors of Saradomin was first opened by Ernie1666 on 27 September 2007. It was going great till WoS got into a huge feud with one of their ally clans, The Clockwork. After all was said and done, The Clockwork ended up shutting down and WoS followed that path a week later. Ernie1666 retired from Runescape and some of the most dedicated members, Umbuck, decided to open WoS up again. It was going great for about 2 months till Umbuck (being in the army) got orders to deploy for Iraq. Then another dedicated member, N1nj@ M0nk3y, took over and decided to bring Ernie1666 out of retirement. Ernie1666 took the position of Co-Leader till N1nj@ M0nk3y retired a month later and Ernie1666 took over the Leader position once again (that was in January 2008). Things were going great till May 2008 when activity within the clan dramatically went down and Ernie1666 had no choice but to close down WoS. Ernie1666 went back into retirement once again. In September 2008, Ernie1666 reappeared and decided to open it back up once again. It was going excellent till we had a feud with one of our old allies, Imperial Forces. WoS ended up closing its doors once again after about 3 months of this feud. Ernie1666 went into a long-term retirement and just recently came out of it. He has decided to open WoS up once again on this day, 10 March 2010. Ernie1666 is hoping this time it will be bigger and better then it ever was!
