January 24, 201016 yr I've heard this is a good way to get charms. Get low HP with dharoks and just go on a rampage after that with melee prayer. Can anyone tell me charms/hour on this? I would dharok waterfiends, but I'm trying to train defense while getting 96 summoning, and dharoks doesn't train defense on crush... sooooo.... Anyone help a brotha out? Thanks. Edit: Well, I did a 1 hour test, and here are the results: I was wearing full dharoks, fury, barrows gloves, soul wars cape, and zerker ring. I had on constant turmoil and was ext potted to 120 stats the entire time. Under 10hp. After an hour, I got: 2 Blues, 72 Crimsons, 16 Greens, and 38 Golds. I also gained 80k Defense EXP. It's good... But Dharok waterfiends is better and cheaper...
January 24, 201016 yr I imagine that it wouldn't be terribly different from bursting lobsters. Just bring Dharok's instead of magic armor. You'd also save inventory spaces from not having to bring runes. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
January 24, 201016 yr Author I know I can last quite a bit with woul wars cape + war tort filled with prayer potions, but I want to know how many charms/hour I'll get and if I'll even hit the things with melee. I don't think anyone knows.... Might have to do an hour run.
January 24, 201016 yr I don't have any personal experience with this, but from what I've heard Rock Lobsters have insane melee defence. I think you'd be better off Dharoking WFs instead. Chuck Norris doesn't ever need a compass; he randomly points somewhere and north goes there in order not to anger him.
January 24, 201016 yr I always thought the thing that made Rock Lobsters even remotely worth it for charms was the fact that you're killing 9 of them at once. Wouldn't Dharoking them take that advantage away...? I'd go back to Waterfiends if I were you! Unless you fancy Barraging :D The presence of those seeking the truth is infinitely to be preferred to those who think they've found it.
