how do i make a picture signature???

i screenshoted a picture from the game, edited to look funny, saved in my file

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

now when i go to profile i can't seem to find a way to add it to my signature

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

can someone tell me how to do this?
