Assuming you have been invited to become a mod already and have sent off your information, then all I can suggest is wait or contact them. We cannot allow users to disclose information regarding Jagex and their recruitment of moderators, so I'll have to close this. Feel free to speak to Jagex if you have any queries.

 

If you are talking about applying on the forum-thread, they will message you via RuneScape to say if you have been invited, other than that they already have the application.
