can i boost from 73 to 75 mage to start the quest, like in wgs?

I don't believe you can use any boosted stats, but you might as well get 75 magic anyways. A level 133 with 73 magic is pretty bad, no offense.

You cannot use boosts, is only 2 levels anyway.
