Will Runescape Ban your account for dowloading the tip.it Microhelper ? Please give me why they wont if you can please.

They will not. It does not provide any advantage you otherwise wouldn't have. It just gives it to you quicker.

 

Plus if it were illegal, Tip.It wouldn't be hosting it :)
