my aim is to start a default clan chat for the runescape community.

clan chats are almost pointless. because we all have one, it's impossible to find one with more than 2 people. I figure the only thing to do is advertise one.

i cant seem to find clan chat for actually chatting, so I decided to offer my clan chat as a casual chat room, and hope that I am really starting something.

5% of people want an original signature if you are one of these people don't put this in your signature

There are a very large number of clan chats that have more than two people in them. The two popular ones for tip-iters are Lady Heinous and Codguy, though I don't really like either. You'll definitely find people to chat with in there, though.

Hey there, there's a topic here where you can advertise your clan chat :)

There's also an unofficial Tip.It chat as stated above as well if you'd like to visit that
