Questions about how runescape changed.

Hi everyone,

I used to play runescape pretty aggressively some years ago, I quit a while back but I started before dragon weapons were implemented into the system, At the time I quit everything seemed to be normal, but recently I got bit by the bug and I felt the need to come back and play some more, Except this time The changes were intense. I searched the forums hoping to find some answer but they couldn't really answer my questions. So could any of you? If so heres what I got for you

 

How in the world Does Bounty Hunter work, In my day when you wanted to kill someone you just went to the wild and ran house, But now I don't understand how this works.

Does it work like the old Wild when you kill someone you get all there stuff?

If you do kill someone is there some sort of penalty or alloted amount of time you cant leave the wild? ( I've been googling things and I only get responses from 2 years ago.

 

Do the same rules that apply to BH apply to PVP worlds,( i know pvp Worlds are one big battle ground but as far as drops is it the same?)

 

Other then PvP questions everything seems the same other then the ridiculous trade system they implemented but its whatever,

 

I know I seem like a Noob but i started Back in 2002 And quit on and off between 2004-2006 and basically quit all together until now. Any information You guys think is important and I should know much Appreciated, Thanks in advance

"everying seems the same"? what about the new hp system, summoning, etc? to answer your questions though, you get randomly generated drops based on your EP and several other factors. Random drops include statuettes worth up to 5m, brawling gloves, which give you 4x xp in the wilderness in BH or PvP worlds, and ancient warrior equipment, which is worth up to 14m.

Well not everything seems the same, In fact I'm pretty disappointed to what happed to the game. I saw the new skills and the new HP system is confusing to me but I'm sure ill understand in time. Thanks for your advice.
