im tryin to design my own website. Im trying to learn all i can. but there is one thing. Im trying to do a notice board design.

 

 

 

Like a wooden notice board with paper in the middle which will contain writing but i dont no how to do it.

 

 

 

Would any of the tip.it crew no what to do?

Isn't that just a Frame inside an Image right? I'm not sure how to do it because I haven't tried but it sounds complicated since I've only done basic Frames.
