Elemental Workshop III Puzzle

I'm not sure too sure if this is in the correct area, but, anyway,

I was almost done with the puzzle, but then I had to rise the one spinning thing, but when I did that, something went wrong.

Basically, now, I'm stuck with this

Is there anything I can do without having to reset this whole entire thing?

I also get this message, "Nothing interesting happens, maybe if it were powered first."

Ok, i got stuck on this as well.

 

Basically you need to get the thing spinning (i.e. get the mechanics on all the right place around the centerpiece).

 

Once you've done this, you need to raise it again (same way you got it to lower). Now that it's been raised again. It's touched the floor of the 2nd level (up the stairs).

 

THe big red button in that little building, should be un-stuck. And you can press it. (if you haven't gotten the door open. You need to put a primed bar in the slot next to the door. <- That's how you make the 'body bar'). You need to repeat this process twice.

 

Edit: thing you could have done before getting to that stage, would be to activate the 2nd counter (the left side). This would give you unlimited turns. Don't worry about that for now however, just stick to what i said ;)

To power the central pillar you need to get all the gears activated all around it.

 

 

Do that, that'll power the pillar (you can tell it's been powered by the spinning pink ring). Then simply move the pieces back to how they were, and the pillar will raise, transferring the power to the control room.

 

Insert the primed bar, flip the lever, hit the button. Viola, body bar. You need to repeat this small process per bar.

 

It's also worth activating the infinite move counter, since then you never have to reset.
