On my old PC I used to be able to press the ctrl key twice and I would be able to keep using mouse keys until I press ctrl twice again. Now on my new PC I have to hold down ctrl for it to work.

 

Does anyone know why this is happening? Have I possibly done something wrong whilst setting mouse keys up? I am using Windows 7 if that is any use to you all. :)
