I'm training fishing now, i would like to know a good f2p place to do it,... with a close bank or a depoisit box, cuz i have some ehm... money problems :)

There's an NPC on Karamja that will note tuna, lobster and swordfish (cooked or raw) for you so you don't have to leave the island. Not the fastest xp, but good money.

2. I don't think so, since there are no fly fishing spots on Karamja island.

1 - As Sonic said, it is F2P. I've done it myself.

2 - No. He only notes tuna, lobsters and swordfish both raw and cooked.

I think its a NPC thats put on the actual Wharf itself, so no running involved.

Not sure. I read about him somewhere in the forums, but the OP didn't know where he was so I went looking for him.
