i plan on solo'ing bandos but im confused as what weapon i should take. ( whip + blessed spirit shield or gs) and if i take the whip should i use d claws for my spec weapon?

and i need help on what my inventory should look like, and what should i use as food, rocktails or sara brews or both? :unsure:

 

any help would be appriciated
