I suggest removing this awful company, I purchased my MP3 player of them awhile back, it screwed up, and there customer was awful, never answered phones, about 2 months to answer the email I sent them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I do not recommend you ever use Microdirect, Ebay is safer.. :roll:
