What happens to a lent item when the owner gets perm banned?

It's acutally sad he doesn't have a job or go to school lol, ah well, hope the sacrafice was worth it, congratz :?.

I'm assuming when the lend time ends the item returns...

Either way the lender doesn't get his item back, and the person he lends it do does not get to keep it.
