Clan chats for people giving or looking for assistance are 'Assists Clan' and 'W117 Assists'

I discovered that a good way to find people for the elusive smithing assistance (or any other for that matter) is to search for levels (not 99) on the highscores and add people into your friends list until somebody appears online, then you can ask them for assistance. :thumbup:
