Runescape members (mail orderS)

Ok im going to get to it... Does anyone else do mail orders from Ontario canada, well i was wondering how long it takes to get to the place and be processed... i already sent mine in, its just taking a while longer than i expected, well thanks if anyone can help... if they messed it up what other ways could i get runescape members? without a creditcard? ive already read the runescape things, but id rather hear it from a person then whoever put it on the site.
