well every 10 minutes or so my internet and ntl televsion just turns off i wait about 3 mintues and it comes back so thought nothing has ever happened i searched ntl internet and this is what they said about it.

I'm on NTL but I've got no problems and i live in Herts, only a few miles away from the fire.
