This isn't technically a correction, but this tip is too helpful on this boss for me to keep it to myself. Korasi's sword has a very powerful special, during the quest the special attack cost on the weapon is reduced to 10 (15?)%. Most people would tell you to conserve your specials and use them when the screen shakes so as to avoid damage.

 

 

I heard these details before I entered the boss fight, and so I took along a few special recover potions. Lo and behold, I completely decimated the penance queen. At first, I was conservative with my special potions, using the special only to avoid being hit with the queen's 500's. As I noticed each Korsai special consistently hitting 400+, I went all out. I activated constant specials drinking potions as needed when the boss was at half HP, and the penance queen was dead within a minute.

 

I would HIGHLY recommend taking special recovers for anyone who has access to them. It can make a long and difficult boss fight moronically easy.
