About the royal trouble quest.

 

I've finished it without 40 slayer. All I needed was a 2 summer pies for agility obstacles. My slayer was 39.

 

The game claims the quest has a requirement of 40 slayer, but you seem to be able to complete it with less. This seems to be echoed on the talk page on RSWiki's Royal Trouble guide by numerous users.
