Which F2P pure is the best?

So anyway guys, heres my story. I played Runescape on and off for about 4 years, then I finally went members for 4 months. Now I kinda wanna come back, but I don't want to play my old account, and I can't buy membership either. So I decided to make a F2P PKing pure. The problem is, I quit about two weeks after dungeoneering, and I don't know anything about the new updates and how they affect players.

So could someone tell me which F2P pure is the best right now? I enjoy all three styles which is why I'm having trouble picking. Where should I train the pure, what items should I get it, how should I PK, how do I make money, any tips during PKing, etc. I've been googling but all the guides I've found are from 2008-2009.

I would also appreciate it if someone could tell me the major updates during the last year, and anything new that effects F2P pking.
