Hey there,

 

I think this tip would be helpful to add under the Runecrafting guide. There are currently no temporary level boosts listed there. Oldak in the Dorgeshuun city will potentially raise your magic or runecrafting level by up to 2 levels when asked about what magic he has discovered.

 

It it also possible that he will temporarily lower it by up to 2 levels, however.
