Hey, im a f2p runescape player, im wondering what is the best ftp monster for attack, defence and strength exp

my levels are

attack - 70

strength - 65

defence - 66

I want to atleast get them to 80 what is the best f2p meathod for this?

Giant Spiders/Flesh Eaters (or w/e) in the barb stronghold place. If you want cash, I would camp cockroaches though as their drops are probably the best in F2p.

Spiders are quickest, but hit more often. Flesh Eaters are quite slow but you can train there for a long time.

At your defense level, I would go to flesh crawlers instead. Look at my AoW f2p combat guide for the specifics, the link is in my sig.

 

At about 75-80 defense, I'd say you're better off at giant spiders. If you're willing to risk it, I would train in PvP worlds.
