It only says:

 

Kamen will offer you some Dwarven brew. If you accept, it will automatically inflict some damage on you and lower your Agility by a few levels, but Kamen will also give you some food. You can repeat this process as necessary if you are low on food.

 

But for like already many many years you can say "No thanks" and he offers you food for 75 coins and you don't lose any agility levels. Just put in suggested items "Some money (2k should be enough)" and then in Tips & Tricks "When Kamen asks you if you want some Dwarven brew say no and then he offers you some food for 75 coins. Say yes and you get a stew, a meat pie and a bread."
