February 5, 201115 yr Pretty much what the title says. I'm on Windows 7, and I'm trying to update my Windows Update and Windows Security Essentials. I've restarted my computer, reinstalled WSE, and used a system restore point. None of them worked. Honestly, I have no idea whats the problem. I've searched online and found some software people suggested to download, but I'm afraid it might make the problem worse. The error code is: 80072EFE; if it helps. Thanks.
