On silverlight page of item database it says that "Note: After the shadof of the storm quest you will NOT be able to purhase silverlight, only the darklight".

this is wrong as you still can buy the silverlight if you buy it from Sir Prysin when you are a free player as the darklight is members only item.

Does your account actually have to have free-to-play status? When I log to a non-members world and try to get Silverlight back, I only get the option to retrieve Darklight.

Yes, I p2p and couldn't get silverlight but when I became f2p again it even doesn't mention darklight.
