The second mini quest on Buyers and Cellars guide refers to "and the occasional Revenant." This probably be updated to something like "beware pk'ers"

You are absolutely correct, it is an old and outdated reference and it should be replaced with a warning about Pkers.

 

"All fragments can actually be obtained without stealing from a certain type of inhabitant, so it is possible to skip Rogues altogether. If you do decide to pickpocket Rogues, be very careful for the Chaos Elemental and the occasional Revenant. Pker."
