April 27, 201115 yr Broad arrows is the way I levelled fletching. Only problem is the 10k limit per 4 hours on broad arrow heads on the GE (and 20k for headless =/). Fairly expensive (mainly due to the fact that you can't sell the arrows) but it's fast xp.
