distractions and diversions

I am a first time poster on any forum so bear with me pleasel. I do the shattered heart diversion "religiously". I have done it weekly since its beginning. I have hoped that rs would have made and improvement it getting rocks in skills that players have already achieved

a skill level of 99 in. More than the 100s of logs i fletch and fish i cook, i really have no desire to spend as much time working on skills that i have already worked to get 99 skill lvl in as required. This may be a jagex goal, but i hope not. I think that a better rotation of

skills and the frequency rocks are found might help. I often get my fish rocks in my first pack, even once before i had caught any fish, yet have spent hours getting cooking and fletching rocks. I would like other input on this i hope its not a topic that cant be discussed

and maybe jagex could look at some way to "help" get rocks on 99 level skills. Thank you for this forum.
