Quest help! Elemental Workshop 3

Hey, i've been working on the Element Workshop III quest for awhile.

Everything's been going well until the fourth puzzle. I thought I've made a mistake so I reset,

but later I realized that i hadn't.

I've been reset to the very first puzzle, but it shows that both mechanisms have been lowered, which

means i've already finished the first 3 puzzles. I've tried to redo the puzzles again but it wouldn't work.

Please help.
