the skeletons on crandor island are level 22 and 25 and they are not listed in the bestiary although the level 22s have a link to them i just discovered this today

The bestiary entries for the level 22 and level 25 skeletons refer to those types of skeletons in general. The "habitat" box does not list every single place where the skeletons appear, as such a list would be quite exhaustive - skeletons are literally everywhere! That said, Crandor might make for a relatively quiet training spot for lower-level F2P players, so I'll add it to the list. I only saw level 25 skeletons, though.
