Buying the "best" items for POH Costume Room

Hi there, I just wanna deck out my poh costume room with the highest level furniture and I can't seem to find any flatpacks in the GE

 

So, what i need is:

 

- Magical cape rack

- Mahogany treasure chest

- Mahogany armour case

- Mahogany fancy dress box

- Marble wardrobe

 

I am offering 1.5M for it all, which is more than enough for the materials and more than what the GE prices all together are.

If it's easier for me to give you the materials, we can work something out.
