When I try to make a gif in Camtasia Studio 7, I get these really significant compression artifacts (I think that's what they're called). They don't show up at all when I'm watching a video normally, but when I record it, they're pretty bad.

These are all the same thing, plus or minus a few frames. They all have different artifacts. How do I get rid of them altogether? Should I be using a different video recording program?
