Hello, I am trying to log in on the RS main page but it is not allowing me to do so. Upon clicking any login options, I get the same page that shows up when the internet connection is off. It works on one of my computers at another house, but is not working at all on this computer. I am able to play the game, but logging in at all on the main page does not work.

 

I tried logging into the forums from the ingame shortcut but that did not work. Does anyone have any suggestions or possibly know the problem? Thanks.

 

Sorry if this isn't the right place for this, I couldn't find tech support or anything similiar.

What browsers(IE,Firefox,Chrome) do all of your computers use? if you are successful log-in on, for example, Firefox but on Opera you are having trouble then it might be a good idea to switch and install the browser that works for you.

 

Also check your cookie settings and make sure you have Java updated to the latest version.
