Basically there are a bunch of new quests, there is a money pouch where you can store your coins so you don't have to carry them around, a toolbelt to hold basic tools such as knives, tinderboxes and chisels so you can use them wherever you go.

 

There is a new loyalty program where you get points for every month you are a member which can be spent on rewards like auras (something you can wield which gives you bonuses in certain things for a set time and has a cooldown time for when you can use it again. Some examples are the reverance aura, which makes it so you lose prayer points at a slower rate and prayer potions heal more, and the five finger discount aura which improves your chance of thieving successfully.), titles (a title to go in front of your name), new emotes, costumes and the ability to recolour certain items.

 

There are citadels for clans where you can skill, battle with your clan, and if you wish to upgrade your citadel to make it look better, you need to skill in the citadel every week. Jagex has also removed a large amount of bots from the game.
