She'll tell you her Corgi's have run off and asks you to find them. You agree. Locations for the 6 Corgi's 1. Ardougne market area.2. Brimhaven north of town near farming area or the docks.3. Castle Wars, outside the castle.4. Outside the temple at the Salve river near underground shortcut in the graveyard. 5. El Kharid desert past the strikeworms. Climb fence near Raneal's house, go east. Inside arch near Citharede Abbey.6. Outside the Tree Gnome Village entrance gate. You may collect them in any order. When you are done, go back to Minnie and she will give you a Corgi!
