capocal
Friends Chat name: 280dungPurpose: for people below 35-79 dungeon to find other qualified people with whom to dungeoneerFirst, rush through lower level floors, (at least through floor 17), then look for people here to do larger c6 floors.See requirements down below. I want to create a dungeoneering friends chat that makes finding people to dung with easier. Good idea? To this end, I've changed my account name to 280dung because a common dungeoneering goal is 80, for chaotic weaponry. I am inexperienced at dungeoneering. However, I'm pretty sure it's best to rush lower level floors on low complexity, and then, @ a certain floor, start doing large, complex floors in a 5 man team. What exactly that floor is, I'm not sure of. But i'm pretty sure rushing should be done at least until you get out of the abandoned floors, and onto floor 18 @ lvl 35 dung. This is the point at which you should consider joining the FC.To make things go smoothly, I've set minimum requirements. Leechers go to a leeching channel, not here. provisions/contigenciesAlso, please spread the word about this channel because i do not know of another like it. Whether you just mention it over bonfires, or post it on other websites, it would be helpful. 280dung. Reddit, runehq, zybez, etc. could all use a link to here, but I found this site easiest to join :)Also, a time should be set because this channel will not be so popular, at least not right away, that it is full 24/7. What I would assume would work without conflict is something @ night, 11/10 eastern/central, or something like that. I'm not sure how many ppl use friends chats, so, if you're not in one, try joining 280dung. And stay in for more than a few minutes if it's empty lol, otherwise, odds are you will not find anyone. Also a home world would probably be a good idea. Whether or not to use the 1-80 dung one is tbd. I think i named my chat w9dung because i frequent world 9, but unless this becomes popular, you may have to go to 1-80 dung themed world. minimum requirements:-64 magic -35 dungeoneering-43 prayer or 71 with curses-54 runecrafting or 27 runecrafting with bound law runes-be somewhat familiar with puzzle rooms and bosses[spoiler=some dungeoneering knowledge]-what food to take: web snippers bouldabass salve eel blue crab cave moray-how to create gatestones and how to use them somewhat effectively-know to only fight monsters in guardian rooms and boss rooms-etc. [spoiler=for melee]-130 combined attack and strength-the strongest 2h sword or rapier available to you-tier 1 berserker [spoiler=for range]-70 range-best longbow you can use-125 argonite arrows-tier 1 desperado [spoiler=for mage]-empowered staff-125 blood runes-tier 1 blazer or blitzer General strategy for large complex floors (one of which I've never myself completed, so feel free to critique)0. check for any keys in starting room1. grab any good food (see list above) / valuable items from the tables2. sell a few things to buy rune ess and make some laws and cosmics (and other runes if you are a mage)3. divide and conquer, focusing efforts on guardian rooms4. call out doors that need keys and skill doors, read appropriate material for conventional abbreviations or learn on the job5. before exiting the dung, explore as far as you can
