New bug, progress bars have now become separated so that it displays a full green bar over a full red one in each skill.

I use Chrome version 20.0.1132.57.

This one took me a while to debug. Looks to be a strange bug in Chrome with string concatenations. I've rewritten the code to work around the bug, and the Skill Progress calculator should now display properly in Chrome also.
