I have not played in about two years, and I tried to log in last night but my password was wrong?

So then I went to recover account, and apparently my email was wrong too, so I'm thinking I got hacked.

I'd like to recover my account but I don't know how to submit an appeal, so I emailed accounthelp@jagex (or something like that).

Do you think it's a possibility that I can get my account recovered?

If so, what's the best way to go about doing it?

The same thing happened to me. I never received a reply from accounthelp@jagex but after about a month the registered email on my account was reset to none and I was able to use my recovery questions to recover my account.
