Error trying to decode the update file

I have been trying to use swiftkit for over a year now. I kind of avoided it but now need it for my clan on rs 2007. I can download it just fine but when I click on the icon on my desktop and click launch I get the message "There was an error trying to decode the update file. please go to the SwiftKit and let us know". Please explain this to me.

The Korean language is messing things up. You could try changing the language settings to English.

I changed the language settings to English (America). Then I tried to launch it again and this error popped up:
