January 24, 201412 yr At the end of the quest you are given a pair of un-enchanted guntlets. Taking these to all 3 brothers fails to allow you to enchant them with the desired or any enchantment as described in the quest guide. You get the response from them that they can not enchant them as another brother has already enchanted them even though they are not enchanted. You must immediately talk to Dimintheis after the quest and he will tell you that your gauntlets have been returned to him and he replaces the un-enchanted guntlets in your inventory with cooking guntlets. This updates your varrock acheivement diary, get a replacement set of guntlets, and makes the guntlets enchanted and changable with the brothers if you do not want the cooking enchantment.
