As is written on the existing Falador Task page, gaining the Falador Shield 3 allows access to the Crafting Guild without a brown apron.

 

Well a deposit box has been added to the Crafting Guild, and owners of the said shield gain access to the deposit box - very handy for power mining gold and silver, or dumping those urns you are grinding out!

 

This should be added to Falador Tasks page, and possibly Crafting Guild page too.
