Hello everyone, so I got this problem and I don't know how to fix it.When I log in to my main account and I want to buy something,it only shows these payment methods:

 

And when I log in to my other account it shows all the payment methods:

Anyone know how should I fix it??

I don't read the language, but whichever server you uploaded the images to seems to be having a bit of an issue at the moment. Can you re-upload them to Imgur or describe the issue in text instead so we might be able to help you?  Thanks :).

I'm not sure why it shows different options - the two images are from two different accounts, right? Is there some reason you owe Jagex that much money?

Anyway I would recommend contacting billing support and they're usually helpful in resolving these sorts of issues promptly. Click here, login, and describe the problem to them briefly and hopefully they will get back to you soon.

Yes it is from two different accounts.Both of them got jcoins.Ill try contact them but I think they will ignore me :/

For Billing Support they seem to be surprisingly responsive from what I've heard. They know where their business is :P. But best of luck!
