Featured Replies

I have some problems to use swiftkit,

when i'm on the rs homepage and click play now,

it won't start loading but gives this screen instead ==> 2h88o01.png

how to solve?

I've moving this to the Swiftkit forum as it's more appropriate for this type of issue.

I could swear I've seen this before, but I can't remember. If it comes back to me I'll let you know, but is there some small link on the page you can click to continue somehow?

Edit: does this post help?

changing the using browser helps, but i rather stay at chrome

with internet explorer it loads again

So clicking that link in small print there: 'Advanced users: Play in your browser with Java' doesn't help/do anything? You do have Java right?

Make sure you have installed java with chrome, since browsers use different versions of java.
