The World Wakes no longer requires level 140 combat. It has scaled back down to 100. 

Also, Automaton Generators and Automaton Guardians are back down to 84 from 120. General Graardor and Kree'arra are still 210. K'ril Tsutsaroth has dropped to level 98 from 210, and Enakhra & Zemouregal are now 98 from 140. Thanks.
