I'm trying to complete the Nature Spirit quest.
But it keeps saying 'you have not been told how to use this iteam" when i try and use the pouch. But i have been told too by Nature Spirit.

Please help

That dialogue would seem to suggest that you haven't been told by the Nature Spirit how to use the pouch. Are you sure you have done all the steps to prepare it? Maybe try talking to the Nature Spirit again (with your blessed sickle) and asking how to kill ghasts?
