October 26, 201510 yr Can someone help me? I am sorry for posting it here but I am not to sure where to find a contact email for OsRs support, and I have tried to find solutions for this problem but haven't really found any. When I try and start the client, it pops up but then gives me this error:Error downloading: browsercontrol_0_1928975093.jar I am not really computer savy so I am not sure what this means. If anyone can help me with this that would be awesome!
October 26, 201510 yr If you can give some more information about your computer that might be helpful, i.e. is it Windows/Mac, what version of OS, etc.? The forum thread [qfc]25-26-8-65380353[/qfc] or submitting a technical ticket to Jagex may be more helpful/faster though, if you want to give that a try.
