I am currently lvl 33 herblore, and i was wondering what are the best monsters to kill to get some decent herbs

Chaos druids maybe, I'd actaually train at Earth warriors to level combat and get herbs, good xp there.

Chaos Druids in edgevile dungeon (as stated :P), Chaos Warriors in yanille dungeon (Level 44?) Druids at druid circle in taverly and skeletons on karamja/edgeville dungeon

Yes, they are in Edgeville Dungeon. They are just past the Deadly red spiders after swinging across the ropes.
